Felicia Chandler
"I believe women of color deserve a space where they can just BE.
Be free of pain, stress, and the weight of the world."
Felicia Bowman Chandler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a passion for supporting Black women and women of color in their healing journeys. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.

As the Lead Therapist and Clinical Director at Soul Guided Healing & Wellness, Felicia creates culturally sensitive, trauma-informed spaces where women can prioritize their mental health, address the impacts of trauma, and reconnect with their highest selves. She believes that healing is not only a mental process but also a body-centered one, and integrates somatic experiencing and mind-body practices into her approach.

Felicia specializes in serving individuals who have experienced interpersonal trauma—such as physical, sexual, or emotional abuse—along with challenges related to identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and women’s health issues. She is particularly passionate about working with women navigating life transitions, imposter syndrome, work-life stress, and chronic illness, including HIV/AIDS. Through therapy, Felicia helps clients reclaim their inner power and embrace radical self-love.

In her sessions, Felicia combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and evidence-based practices. She also utilizes deep breathing techniques, stress management tools, and somatic trauma approaches to support her clients in releasing emotional pain and building resilience.
Recognized as a changemaker by the United States of Women and honored in Style Weekly’s 40 Under 40, Felicia is deeply committed to creating a space where women can simply BE—free from the weight of the world, embracing healing, joy, and their authentic selves.
